Sudershan Bhalerao grew up in a small village in Maharashtra and built his path from rural schooling to global exposure. He holds a BBA from Mumbai, an MBA from the UK, and is currently pursuing a PhD. With over fifteen years of experience in training and development across India and abroad, he now serves as Senior Manager – Training & Development at BVG India Ltd. He founded Skill Sync Solution to help rural and vernacular-medium students gain the English, confidence, and career skills he once struggled to find.
